How to create a user profile for Solity Smart Locks
Visit the Solity FAQ page at solitysmartlocks.zendesk.com/hc.
If you’re using a phone, on the upper right corner click on the three lines and then click sign in. If you’re using a computer on the upper right hand corner click on sign in. On the sign in page click on “sign up” then follow these steps:
Step 1. Enter your Name and Email address
Step 2. Click sign up
Step 3. Check your email to activate your account
Step 4. Click on “Activate Account” in your email
Step 5. Create a strong password
Step 6. Click on Create password
Step 7. Account is created
Features that customers have on their Solity account.
- Customers can submit a request
- view their tickets
- view FAQ pages in English and Spanish
- update their personal information
- view Solity contact information on their account
Click on the lock to go to the website to create an account
