Invalid Password Potential Issues
The password must be 4-12 characters long including a number
- Password rules not met, which means that you need 4-12 characters in your password, including at least 1 number, and you can add a symbol, and it does not exceed 12 characters.
- Autofill or iPhone Keychain can be an issue. In some cases, autofill passwords may have hidden spaces when used. The app may read it as invalid. You should manually type the password
- Copy and paste may add hidden characters. If you copied the password from Notes, email, or a password manager, it may include a hidden character such as a space.
- Make sure the password confirmation matches. You may want to use the toggle “Show Password” to verify if passwords are a match
